Meet The Team
Sheila Lina
President and Co-Founder
Sheila serves as the lead facilitator and lecturer in SSA’s lectures, seminars and team building activities. She oversees program development, administration, and creative direction for SSA’s multimedia content production. She has been practicing meditation as a member of the Society since 2008.
She graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a BS Degree in Marketing and International Business. In her early career, she established a film production company in Los Angeles and produced an independent feature film.
She was the Founder and President of Air 21 Global Inc., the company behind the ecommerce platform Shopinas.com. She concurrently served as the President of Dun & Bradstreet Philippines Inc. until she successfully led the company’s sale to CRIF, a global business information company.
She is Co-Founder and Chairperson of Castellina Property Consultants Inc, a real estate startup.
Sheila is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and the creator of Start With Yoga, an online video yoga class. She is passionate about healthy eating, wellness and the Tracy Anderson Method. She writes about her various interests at www.sheilalina.com.
Katrina Castillo
Vice President and Co-Founder
Katrina serves as a lecturer, organizer, and liaison to people and organizations that wish to learn more about SSA and participate in its activities. She has been a member of the Society since 2007. She is a certified Reiki practitioner.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Ateneo De Manila University. Early in her career she worked as a television scriptwriter for ABS-CBN. As a fashion and retail entrepreneur, she founded Sofia, a handbag and manufacturing retail business. Sofia had retail outlets at Robinsons Ermita, Market Market, Alabang Town Center, and Festival Supermall.
Currently, Katrina is the President of Castellina Property Consultants Inc., a real estate firm catering to high end residential, commercial, and real estate investments. She also serves as a consultant for the Capital Markets team of KMC MAG Group Inc., one of the largest Philippine-based real estate brokerage companies. She also worked for Alveo Land Inc., an Ayala Land company.
She has done volunteer work at New Beginnings Foundation Inc. and served as Retreat Head for Search-In, a LaSallian organization. Since 2014, she has been a member of the Alabang Chapter of Junior Chamber International (JCI Alabang). JCI is an organization of young active citizens committed to the path of positive change by creating an impact on their local communities. She is serving on the 2015 JCI Alabang Board of Directors as the Director for Special Projects.
Allyzon Lualhati
Treasurer and Co-Founder
Allyzon has been participating in spiritual studies, pranic cleansing, and other activities of the Society since 2001. She is a certified Reiki practitioner.
Since the age of 7, Ally has worked as an actress under the management of ABS-CBN Star Magic. She has appeared in numerous TV commercials, TV shows, and movies. Her complete filmography is available on www.imdb.com.
She took her Masters in Business Administration in the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
Apart from spiritual studies, Ally is currently the Regional Account Manager for ASEAN of OLIVER, a creative global agency handling Bayer.
Ally is the co-founder of Fotografia United, a content creation community and influencer with a clout of 1 million users.
Arden Ros
Secretary and Co-Founder
Arden currently serves as an organizer, sharer, and corporate secretary for the Society for Spiritual Awakening, where he has been involved since 2009.
He holds an undergraduate degree in AB English Language Studies from Far Eastern University and a masters degree from Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He has extensive experience in business process outsourcing, credit bureau, business intelligence, and soft-skills training.
Professionally, Arden is the marketing manager for CRIF Philippines, Inc., a subsidiary of a global business information company based in Bologna, Italy.
Edgar Afzelius
Public Relations Representative and Co-Founder
Edgar serves as the public relations representative. He practices pranic cleansing and is a certified level 2 Reiki practitioner. He has been a member of SSA since 2009.
Edgar received his AB in Management with a Major in Human Resource Development from the De La Salle College of St. Benilde. He is currently involved with Castellina Property Consultants Inc., as a Business Development officer & is one of the company Director’s.
He specifically has experience in dealing with corporate consulting, tax refunds, property management & inbound freight forwarding. He has also had worked in the field of team basketball management and public relations.
After many years of attending sessions with SSA, he truly believes that Christ centered lessons and with exposure to seminars, he has learned valuable lessons and has improved his inner peace, work life balance and interpersonal skills. He also firmly believes that it is a life long journey that of surrender and meditation centered on the esoteric teachings of Jesus Christ.
